Bounded to the west by I-35 for easy access, and to the east by Little Shoal Creek, the community is surrounded  in native woodlands.  Westwood Manor is a perfect location to provide both easy access and a wonderful setting for a senior lifestyle.  Connections to transportation outlets makes Westwood Manor an excellent location.  Kansas City International Airport is 20 miles west of us.  A major north-south interstate (I-35) runs right in front of the community, and a major east-west interstate (I-70) is 10 miles away.  Interstate I-435, that loops around Kansas City, is 1 mile south of the park to get you anywhere in the city fast.

Located in Liberty, MO, just blocks from the historic Liberty Square which serves as the heart of the city with antique shops, restaurants and businesses.  Five local historic districts surround the square, as do many buildings and homes listed on the National Register of Historic Places.  Liberty is home to no less than five professional, 18 hole golf courses, seven community parks and the Liberty Trails System that takes residents on a stroll through tree-lined paved walkways.

Westwood Manors only 15 minutes form downtown Kansas City, Missouri which provids attractions such as the Country Club Plaza shopping district, The Kansas City Zoo, Kansas Motor Speedway and the Royals & Chiefs stadiums.  Kansas City offers a cultural life starting with the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art, Negro League Baseball Museum, Jazz Museum 18th & Vine District, Union Station Science City, opera, ballet, symphony and much more.
